Ready Mix makes strong economic sense. A typical non asbestos formulation can contain anywhere between 12 to 24 different ingredients. The manufactures are finding it very expensive to stock a large quantity of a vast number of raw-materials to cater to different formulations a multi-product, multi-quality factory generally produces. To monitor the huge stock and ordering them on time becomes a crucial activity of the planning people. If some of the materials are to be imported from far away locations, then avoiding stock out and production stoppage from time to time is almost impossible

You can also buy a Master Mix of any of the listed formulations. We shall provide the list of remaining raw-materials which you can buy locally and mix at your factory. Complete mixing , molding ( pressure, temperature, venting cycle etc) and final heat curing instructions are given when you buy any of our master mixes.

We can also supply ready mix as per your formulations. To protect secrecy of your formulation, you can ask for a mix with majority of the ingredients , holding back the name of 2 or 3 critical ingredients, which you can add later . This way you take advantage of our cheap Rawmaterial and labour costs and at the same time maintain secrecy of your formulation.
